Lately, Pirelli signed a cooperation agreement with Italy’s Enel X Way, and the two parties will cooperate on the charging pile project of new energy vehicles.
According to the agreement, users of Pirelli’s after-sales service app “Pirelli Care” will now be able to view the map of Enel X Way’s 16,000+ charging points directly to book and pay for charging their electric vehicles. Pirelli Care is also equipped with a 24/7 hotline and a dedicated mailbox to provide support for users and facilitate partners to optimize the charging process.
