Adisseo’s REBOOST project wins two awards in France

Adisseo’s REBOOST project, which focuses on advancing operational excellence, earned the Jury’s Special Mention in the “Leadership HRD” category and received the Gold Medal in the “Organizational Transformation” category in France, in recognition of its progress in advancing sustainable and efficient industrial management.

As part of the EuRise program launched in late 2023, REBOOST established a dynamic management system for Adisseo’s European industrial platform, systematically driving initiatives to reduce costs and improve efficiency. It aims to improve the safety of employees and facilities, implement cost-reduction measures, and enhance material yields and asset utilization, thereby boosting the operational resilience and competitiveness of the industrial platform.

The project has become an important lever for employee development and for industrial and economic performance. It embodies Adisseo’s pursuit of sustainable growth through innovative management amid intensifying market competition.
